September 2019 Fabletics Bootcamp

This was our 3 workout of the year with Stacy leading the bootcamp. Once again we had some amazing attendance on this Sunday morning. The focus of this workout of 1.5 minute moves aiming to get in as many reps as possible. Here are the highlights of the day with a rundown of all the moves below.
Warm-Up – Run down Windrose to staircase, up to level 5 and back down / stairs
Workout – Groups of 3-4 / Perform exercise then rest for 60 sec.
1. 50 burpees - 90 seconds
2. 50 squat jacks – 1 min
3. 50 push-ups – 1 min
4. 120 high-knees – 1 min
5. 50 plank jacks – 1 min
6. 70 squats – 1 min
7. 70 mountain climbers – 1 min
Partner AMRAPS – 3 mins each with Partner A & B
Set 1
A. 10 jump squats
B. Alternating spiderman
Set 2
A. 12 plank punch
B. Bicycle Crunches
Set 3
A. 10 skaters
B. Russian Twist
